Professional Association for SQL Server (“PASS) is committed to protecting your
privacy. This privacy statement explains data collection and use practices of
the PASS SQLSaturday site (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you are
consenting to the information collection and use practices described in this
privacy statement. The references to “you” or “your” mean the person who
accesses the PASS Site and uses the functionality available at the Site, and
the company with which that person is affiliated. The references to “we”,
“us”, or “our” are to PASS.
Collecting Your Personal Information
At the Site, PASS will ask you to provide certain personal information about
yourself or your company that is necessary enable PASS to identify you, contact
you, and provide you with the services and products you request. We may
collect such personal information as your name, e-mail, company name, and
information related to your company server environment (“Personal
Information”)..

such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol
(IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you
access the Site; the pages of the Site that you access while at the Site and
the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our Site. This information is used for the
operation and improvement of the Site.

PASS may use your Personal Information collected at the Site to operate the
Site and to provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have
requested or authorized.
In support of these uses, PASS may use personal information to provide you with
more effective customer service, to improve the Site and any related PASS
products or services, and to make the Site easier for you to use by eliminating
the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information or by customizing the
Site to your particular preference or interests.

about the product or service that you are using, including critical updates and

information about other PASS products and services. We may also distribute

answering customer questions about products and services, performing member
surveys, performing elections proceedings, and sending information about
special offers or products. We will only provide those companies with your

services for which they have been engaged by PASS. PASS will require these
companies to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Information, and will

the law or comply with legal process served on PASS or the Site; (b) protect

Personal information collected on the Site may be stored and processed in the
United States or any other country in which PASS or its affiliates,
subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Site, you consent

domicile. PASS abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S.
Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data

Control of Your Personal Information

subsidiaries and affiliates will not share your Personal Information with any
third party without your written permission. As a member of PASS, you may direct
PASS not to use your Personal Information to send unsolicited commercial

or using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in PASS communication emails.
Please be aware that this Privacy Statement and any choices you make on the
Site will not necessarily apply to PASS’ use of Personal Information about you
that you may have provided to PASS other than through the Site, such as when
attending PASS events, or through separately operated PASS products or services.

PASS is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We

We use cookies on this Site to ensure the integrity of the registration process

Note Concerning Individuals 18 Years of
Age And Younger
The Site, the PASS emails and the content available in connection therewith,

must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use our Site. If the
COMPANY learns that a person who is under the age of 18 accessed the Site or
registered for a PASS event or attempted to purchase PASS related products or
services at the Site, PASS will promptly terminate that individual's
registration and delete the individual’s Personal Information from the PASS
database, and will not knowingly distribute such individual’s Personal
Information to third parties.
Transfer in Certain Circumstances
In its sole discretion, PASS may transfer, sell or assign information collected
on or about users of the Site, including without limitation your Personal
Information, and other information you may provide to PASS, to one or more

PASS.
