Dobrodošli!

Veseli nas, da razmišljate o sponzoriranju dogodka SQLSaturday #460, sedaj že tretjega tovrstnega dogodka v Sloveniji, zato smo pripravili nekaj informacij o izvedbi dogodka in o njegovih prednostih za sponzorje.

O dogodku

SQLSaturday je svojevrstna enodnevna konferenca; je srečanje predavateljev-prostovoljcev z uporabniki strežnika SQL Server, je brezplačno enodnevno izobraževanje o platformi SQL Server in povezanih tehnologijah. Udeležencem nudimo prigrizke in topel obrok, na prizorišču pa je na voljo tudi razstavni prostor, kjer lahko udeleženci spoznajo vaše podjetje in vašo dejavnost. Naš cilj je izpeljati prijeten in koristen dogodek za vse udeležence, posebej pa za sponzorje dogodka, brez katerih tega pravzaprav ne bi mogli izpeljati.

Na tretjem dogodku SQLSaturday Slovenija (SQL Saturday #460) pričakujemo vsaj 200 udeležencev iz Slovenije in bližnje okolice in le z vašim prispevkom bomo lahko zagotovili vse, kar ti od tovrstnega dogodka pričakujejo.

Strošek sponzorstva

Vrednost osnovnih sponzorskih paketov se giblje med 300 in 500 EUR, seveda pa smo se pripravljeni tudi posebej dogovoriti o vašem prispevku k uspehu dogodka.

  • Bronasti sponzor: =300,00 EUR.
  • Srebrni sponzor: =400,00 EUR.
  • Zlati sponzor: =500,00 EUR.


Vsa plačila morajo biti izvedena pred pričetkom dogodka. Prosimo vas, da se kot sponzor prijavite na spletnem mestu www.sqlsaturday.com . Po registraciji boste na naslov elektronske pošte prejeli naš račun.

Srečelov – Vaš ključ do uspeha!

Največji izziv za sponzorje na podobnih dogodkih predstavlja navezovanje stikov z udeleženci; redki udeleženci imajo s seboj vizitke in običajno je vsaj tretjina podatkov, ki jih sami zapišejo na stojnici, nazadnje neuporabna, običajno zaradi neustrezne čitljivosti ali zaradi tipkarskih napak! Udeleženci dogodka SQLSaturday prejmejo natisnjene srečke s kontaktnimi podatki (imenom, priimkom in naslovom elektronske pošte); primer srečke je prikazan spodaj. Srečke posameznih sponzorjev se zbirajo na stojnicah, se uporabijo za žreb in ostanejo sponzorju. Na ta način zagotovimo 100-odstotno berljivost podatkov o udeležencu brez izgube vrednosti za sponzorja. V letih, odkar dogodek obstaja, se je tovrstni način zbiranja podatkov o udeležencih izkazal za bolj učinkovitega od katere koli druge metode, vključno s samodejnim zajemom podatkov z registracijskih izkaznic.

Raffle Ticket

 

Želimo, da bi bilo vaše sodelovanje z nami karseda uspešno, zato v vsakem sponzorskem paketu postavljamo osnovno zahtevo, da zagotovite najmanj eno nagrado v vrednosti 100,00 EUR ali več, in en barvni letak formata A4 z opisom nagrad, ki jih ponujate.

 

Za ustrezne posode, namenjene žrebu, bomo poskrbeli sami. Vsem sponzorjem, ki ne bodo prisotni na dogodku, bomo prav tako omogočili sodelovanje v srečelovu in to v istem prostoru s prisotnimi sponzorji. Zbiranje srečk bo potekalo ves dan dogodka, vse do žrebanja. V kolikor bo na dogodku prisoten kdo iz vaše ekipe, ga bomo poprosili, da opravi žreb, sicer pa bomo za to poskrbeli kar sami. Dobitniki nagrad so lahko le udeleženci, ki bodo prisotni v času žreba. Nagrade v obliki predmetov, ki bodo na voljo na samem dogodku, bomo podelili takoj, za nagrade v drugih oblikah pa vam bomo posredovali podatke o nagrajencih, tako da boste lahko za izročitev nagrade poskrbeli sami (npr. za ključe, namenjene aktivaciji licenc, ipd.).

 

Po zaključku dogodka vam bomo po pošti poslali vse prejete srečke. V škatli se seveda lahko znajdejo tudi duplikati – odvisno od privlačnosti nagrade; to je običajno zelo dober signal in jasen znak, da udeleženci želijo z vami deliti svoje kontaktne podatke.

Logistika

Na dan dogodka bomo sponzorjem omogočili vstop v razstavni prostor ob 7:30. Vsak zlati sponzor bo imel na voljo mizo in dva stola, načeloma tudi dostop do električne vtičnice (220-240 V; prosimo vas, da nas čim prej obvestite o tem, ali boste na svoji stojnici potrebovali elektriko). Registracija in sprejem udeležencev s prigrizkom bosta potekala v istem prostoru; tako bodo imeli udeleženci dostop do vaše stojnice takoj ob prihodu. Osebje sponzorja naprošamo, da ostane na stojnici vsaj do kosila, še bolje pa je, da je vsaj ena oseba na voljo tudi v času žreba.

Welcome!

We appreciate you taking time to consider sponsoring SQLSaturday #460, already the third of its kind in Slovenia, and we’ve put together some information that will tell you about our plans for the event and show you how your company will benefit from sponsoring it.

Event Overview

Think of a SQLSaturday as a one day conference. We bring in a lot of volunteer speakers, we have lunch on site, and we have a dedicated area set up for our attendees to meet with our sponsors. We work hard to make our event a great experience for everyone, especially our sponsors that enable us to cover the working costs of this event.

We’re expecting 200+ attendees at SQLSaturday #460, and only with your contributions can we succeed in providing them with everything they expect from such an event.

How Much Does It Cost To Be a Sponsor?

Sponsorship ranges from 300 EUR to 500 EUR depending on the package you select, and we’re always willing to discuss custom solutions to meet your needs.

  • Bronze Sponsorship: 300 EUR prepaid.
  • Silver Sponsorship: 400 EUR prepaid.
  • Gold Sponsorship: 500 EUR prepaid.


All fees must be paid in advance. To register as a sponsor just visit www.sqlsaturday.com and fill out our sponsorship registration form. We’ll email you an invoice that can be paid via credit card or check.

The Raffle – Your Key to Success!

The biggest challenge with community events is capturing contact information for follow ups. Few attendees will have business cards, and having them hand write their info often leads to a 30% or higher loss due to inability to read what they wrote! We provide attendees with a set of pre-printed raffle tickets (see below) that will contain their name and email address; they are then able to put these tickets into the raffle box at each sponsor table to try to win a prize. This gives you 100% readability and 0% loss! It is also more effective than any other technique we’ve seen for trying to capture contact information and that includes scanning their name badge.

Raffle Ticket

 

Because we want you to be successful all of our sponsorship levels include the requirement that you provide a prize of at least 100 EUR in value, and that you provide a full color 8-1/2 x 11 flyers that highlights the prize(s) you are providing for the raffle.

 

We provide the raffle box. We will have one table for all absentee vendors placed in the same areas with our onsite vendors. Raffle ticket collection will proceed through the end of the day. If someone from your team is present we’ll ask them to draw the winning ticket, otherwise we’ll draw the ticket. Attendees must be present to win. If there is a physical prize we’ll give it to them, otherwise we’ll forward you their contact information for you to follow up with (for license keys, etc).

 

After the event we will mail you all the raffle tickets from your box. There may be duplicates; depending on how exciting your prize is attendees may contribute more than one ticket to your box – but that’s a good thing, they are willing to provide you their contact information in return for the chance to win.

Event Logistics

We’ll open the doors to sponsors at 7:30 am. All gold sponsors will be provided with table and two chairs, and limited access to 220-240 V power (please let us know what you need in advance). Tables will be located in the same area as registration and breakfast to make it easy for attendees to stop by your table. We encourage sponsors to remain on site through at least lunch and if possible to have a representative present at the end of the day to present your prize at the end of day raffle.

 

Lunch will be provided to sponsors that have registered. Please have everyone from your team that will be attending register at www.sqlsaturday.com so that we can have enough food available.
