Welcome to the 1st SQL Saturday in LA

SQL Saturday is a FREE* one-day training event for the Microsoft SQL Server database professionals. The event offers high quality technical training on a variety of SQL Server related subjects. This is a great opportunity for the SQL Server professionals to network with peers and learn from Microsoft MVPs and other local and international speakers. Please register soon as seating is limited, and let friends and colleagues know about the event.

Some of our amazing sponsors will be on site to answer any questions you might have about their products and there will be sponsor raffles where you can win great prizes.

There will be FREE coffee, orange juice, and baked goods provided for breakfast. There will be FREE pizza and beverages provided for lunch. All the cost covered by our sponsors.

*Note: Parking at the location is $10.00, so please be prepared to cover that cost.

What:

This is a 1 day training event for SQL Server (Architect, BI, DBA & Developer) professionals and those interested in the ever-expanding Microsoft Data Platform.

Why:

This is a great opportunity to learn from people who have been there and to network with other professionals doing the same thing you are doing. This professional level training and networking can set yourself apart from others!

Where:

New modern-looking and all shinny The Reserve complex (we are going to occupy 2 suites: Microsoft Technology Center (#200) and Verizon Digital Media Services (#900)) in Playa Vista, CA @ the "Silicon Beach" area, the so-called Silicon Valley of LA. Just 1 mile from the Marina and 2 from the famous sandy Venice Beach. Please take Alla Rd. (see the image below) to get to the parking structure.

What Do I Bring?

Please bring the following with you:
  1. Your Speedpass, which can be downloaded* by logging in to the SQLPass website and going to the mySQLSaturday section. If you do not see a link for Speedpass on the SQLPass site and you have recently registered, please wait at least 24 hours after registering, then try again.  *Please note SPEEDPASS will not be available until 1 week before the event date.
