Event schedule is not published yet.

PASSMN is excited to host our 8th SQLSaturday at Saint Paul College in Saint Paul, MN on Saturday, October 7th, 2017.

This Event is Free

Thanks to PASS, our sponsors, our volunteers, and the PASSMN board, there is no charge for admission to this event. However, all attendees (including volunteers, sponsors, and speakers) must be registered through this system. The optional, on-site, hosted lunch must be purchased in advance through this website for $15.

This Event is for You

We welcome everyone interested in the Microsoft data platform. Our focus in on the SQL Server ecosystem and Microsoft's data-related Azure cloud services, but we have sessions on other related topics, including universally applicable professional development advice.

Our sessions range from introductory to advanced, so you're sure to find something appropriate for your level of expertise.

We guarantee you will learn something and meet someone new.

Code of Conduct / Anti-Harassment Policy

All participants (including volunteers, sponsors, and speakers) must register through the SQL Saturday site and must agree to abide by the PASS Anti-Harassment Policy.

We will also be enforcing this policy at any official pre-or -post-event activities.

Please report any incidents to a volunteer or any organizer so we can take appropriate action.

Building security will be on site and you can call for help by dialing 1440 at the venue's house phones. Of course, in case of emergency, dial 911.

We plan to have several tracks of 5 one-hour sessions, with plenty of time for lunch and networking, starting around 8 AM and ending around 5 PM (with closing remarks and raffle drawings taking another half hour or so). A formal schedule will be announced closer to the event.

Our sponsorship plan provides a range of options to fit any budget from $250 up and includes several opportunities for sponsors to craft a unique experience. Please contact us to discuss any special arrangements.

Attendees, please recognize that this event would not be possible without our generous sponsors. Please acknowledge their support by visiting their booths and learning about their products and services. And you can win prizes by entering their raffles!

We have a short call for speaker submissions ending on July 23rd, so please read about some of our unique opportunities and submit your ideas.

We plan to host one or more full day pre-conference sessions on Friday, October 6th. Please submit a pre-conference session abstract through this system if you are interested in being a pre-con speaker.

We are planning on serving a hot buffet lunch, probably pasta, so we are charging a lunch fee of $15, which is refundable until September 6th. Any lunch fees paid after September 6th will not be refundable. Those without a lunch ticket will not be served lunch, but you are welcome to bring your own food. There are not restaurants within quick walking distance.

Saint Paul College is located near the intersection of Interstates 94 and 35E in Saint Paul, MN, across the street from the Cathedral of Saint Paul. Other nearby landmarks include the State Capitol, the Xcel Energy Center, and the Science Museum of Minnesota.

Street parking is severely limited. Paid parking is available at the venue. Expect to pay $5 for the day or visit sponsors to earn a parking voucher.

We have secured a room block at Best Western Plus Capitol Ridge for $152.15 per night under the group name "SQL Saturday". It's a 7 minute walk from the hotel to Saint Paul College.

Another hotel option is Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown. It's also close (an 11 minute walk), but availability is more limited due to events at the Xcel Energy Center, and we do not have a room block.
