Policy Management with SQL Server 2008

SQL Server 2008 adds the ability for the DBA to implement policy management. Most people have heard or seen examples of how you can use policy management within SQL Server 2008 in order to control naming conventions on object. However, there is so much more to this system than simply forcing people to use your naming standard! In this session, we will strive to show you how to implement policy management with SQL Server 2008 as well as show you how you can leverage policy management within your database architecture. It’s time to spend less time checking up on database objects and more time creating them!
