Welcome to SQLSaturday #62 - Tampa

SQLSaturday is a training event for SQL Server professionals and those wanting to learn about SQL Server.

Our Call For Speakers is officially open.  Please have your sessions submitted by 11/29/2010.

We have secured blocks of rooms at 2 hotels.  Our usual hotel did not have availablility.

Th Hilton Garden Inn - less than 1 mile from K-Force has a small block of rooms for $139/night plus taxes and parking.  Note they require that you book no later the 12/28/2010 to receive this rate.  These will be double queen rooms.  To reserve a room with the Hilton Garden Inn, click here.

The Quality Inn & Suites - less that 5 miles (1 exit) from K-Force  has a large block of rooms for $49/night plus taxes for a double queen room or $69/night for a double queen suite.  For reservations call 813.623.6000 and indicate you are part of the SQL group.

We will also be hosting a Day of Data on 1/14/2011, the day before SQL Saturday #62 in Tampa at the Itallian Club in the historic Ybor City district.  We are offering 2 all day sessions from which to choose.  For the DBAs we have Denny Cherry presenting Storage and Virtualization for the DBA.  For the BI focus We have Stacia Misner presenting a Day of BI.  The cost is only $99 per person thru 1/5/2011, after that the price goes to $109.  This price includes coffee, juice and donuts, lunch, and course materials.  Click here to register for Day of Data.
