Welcome to SQLSaturday 956, Belgium!
SQLSaturday Belgium (#956) is a free training event for everyone interested in the Microsoft data platform. Community events like these offer content across data management, cloud and hybrid architecture, analytics, business intelligence, AI, and more. This event event is free of charge for any attendee, thanks to the contributions of our wonderful sponsors.
Seating will be limited, so it is highly advised to register your attendance soon.
Please feel free to inform you friends, colleagues and acquaintances as they are all very welcome!
We're aiming at a maximum capacity of 150 effective attendees, to not overcrowd the venue.
3 different tracks will each host 5 sessions during the day.
The topics will be spread across the Administration, Development and Analytics domains.
Session depth and technical prerequisites will vary, so it's wise to read through the session abstracts before entering a session room.
Like prior editions of SQLSaturday Belgium, our event location will be the Thomas More Hogeschool in Mechelen, Campus De Vest. In cooperation with the lovely people at the Information Management & Security department, we are very excited to make this happen again!
Keep it social!
In the event preparations, and during the event, we will be using our social channels (dataMinds on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to post using the hashtag #SQLSatBE. Feel free to join us in the social conversation, and create a buzz!
Many SQLSaturday Events host paid full day precon workshops before the free event. SQLSaturday Belgium will not be doing so this year. We want to put our full focus on the main event, and be sure that we offer a flawless service on this, before venturing off into other challenges.
Our Call for Speakers is currently open until December 31st 2019. We aim to make our decisions shortly after, to allow everyone to make travel plans in a timely fashion. We will then communicate with information on hotels, travel itinerary, ..
If you do have a question in the meantime, reach out to us at email@example.com
Who's involved in this free event?
The voluntary dataMinds team has taken it upon themselves to organise this free event, in addition to the other events, like dataMinds Connect, Global AI Bootcamp and the monthly evening sessions that are held during the year.
If you have any other questions you can reach out to via firstname.lastname@example.org, or any of the social channels mentioned before.
