We appreciate your taking the time to consider sponsoring SQL Saturday Albany and we’ve put together some information about our plans that highlights the benefits of supporting our event.
SQL Saturday is a one day conference packed with some of best speakers available in the field and hundreds of motivated attendees, all of which are ready to make this an excellent learning opportunity for all involved. Our speakers live around the country and the world and join us to share their knowledge and improve the SQL Server community as a whole.
We work hard to ensure that this event will be a great experience for everyone, particularly our sponsors, who help to cover the cost of the event. This not only allows us to plan a better SQL Saturday, but also to keep the cost to attendees as low as possible. We’re expecting over 300 attendees at SQL Saturday in Albany, NY. Our goal is to provide the best SQL Server training possible, and we hope that you’ll join us!

The Raffle – Your Key to Success!
The biggest challenge with community events is capturing contact information for follow ups. Few attendees will share their information or engage with sponsors without an event or experience to draw them in and create interest.
Running a raffle allows attendees to engage with sponsors in a way that is typically unique to physical events. By mailing prizes to attendees, the event becomes less virtual and allows sponsors to have a long-lasting impact on the attendee experience. This differentiates our event from other virtual events and creates a unique experience that has been lacking in the conference community.
The raffle may be held by the sponsor directly or by the SQL Saturday event staff, at the discretion of the sponsor.
The event is 100% virtual, with sessions being presented via moderated GoToMeeting presentations. Event Schedule Summary:
8:00am: Opening Remarks
8:15am: Morning Sessions (3 sessions, 70mins each)
12:00pm: Lunch Break and Sponsor Sessions
1:00pm: Afternoon Sessions (3 sessions, 70mins each)
4:45pm: Closing Remarks & Raffles
Please have everyone from your team that will be attending or sponsoring register at https://www.sqlsaturday.com/961/ so that we can accurately track attendance and plan for future events.
We hope you’ll support this event! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions at all.
