Setting Up Your SQLSaturday

If you haven't already, please read our getting started page. To request an event we need you to fill out the entire form completely, you can't put answering these questions off until later! Putting this information together is a key step in making sure you have a successful event.

We highly recommend you to review the Future Reserved Dates list first to avoid any potential conflicts for speakers and/or sponsors.

To get the correct Google Map URL, go to and type in the address of the event. Click "Search Maps". Once the map loads click on "Link" on the upper right side of the page. When the balloon pops up, click on "Customize and Preview embedded map". A new page will load. Copy and Paste the text from "Copy and paste this HTML to embed in your website" into the textbox above.

Alternatively, use latitude/longitude if you would prefer to display a Bing map instead. Lookup Lat/Long
